Established in 2006, 10000 m2 area, located in Dawang economic development area, near from Qingdao port, Dongying Ruiyate Auto Parts Co., Ltd is a professional manufacturer and exporter specializing in gray iron and nodular iron castings, high quality brake disc and brake drums for passenger and light commercial vehicles. We are also competent in providing customized services through process of design and mould development.
In the beginning the co***ny's predecessor is a foundry of Winset brake system group, we have more than 7 years experience in rough casting and semifinished brake disc & drums. In 2013, we are independent. Today we have 50 experienced staff and all sets of advanced processing lines and testing equipments. All the items we sell are guaranteed against manufacturing defects and assured superior quality as we care for our customers. The raw material used in our discs is selected keeping in mind the GB/T 9439-1998 Standards. Our discs are manufactured using grey iron smelting with a very high content of laminar graphite in a perlitic matrix which exceeds the HT250 grade, it also meets the ASTM standard.
